Responsibilities

• Foster and manage relationships with top agency partners
• Present insights, data, and campaign metrics during client meetings and QBRs
• Manage quarterly retention and growth metrics across accounts
• Host feedback sessions and provide insights for new feature launches
• Provide proactive account management to enhance partner satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable solutions
• Utilize ad server technology and event tracking to troubleshoot client issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advertising account management
• Experience working with mobile app and DTC vertical advertisers
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability in sales and converting leads into clients
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and ad server technologies
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
