About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for communications related to data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
- Oversee requests concerning the data lifecycle and data consumption to ensure timely delivery of insights
- Act as a coordinator to facilitate collaboration between data teams and stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of services
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and gather feedback
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in IT solutions
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to analyze data and market trends
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
- Willingness to travel as required
