Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for communications related to data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
• Oversee requests concerning the data lifecycle and data consumption to ensure timely delivery of insights
• Act as a coordinator to facilitate collaboration between data teams and stakeholders
• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of services
• Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics
• Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and gather feedback
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in IT solutions
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Ability to analyze data and market trends
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
• Willingness to travel as required
