Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of advertisers for the French market, driving revenue and client satisfaction.
- Link customer needs and objectives to Microsoft Advertising solutions to establish business value.
- Proactively monitor account health and develop long-term strategies to improve the client experience.
- Leverage CRM tools to identify upsell opportunities and increase performance.
- Act as a thought leader on industry trends, technology, and KPIs to elevate client success.
- Build personable, trusting relationships with key client contacts to acquire and retain business.
Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in both English and French.
- Proven experience in paid search.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver customized, customer-focused solutions.
- Solid knowledge of the online advertising industry, current trends, and customer needs.
