Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations and ongoing client needs for a large global strategic account
• Build strong working relationships across the customer's organization
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive incremental growth
• Partner internally to deliver effective, timely solutions
• Model, plan, and monitor a path to growth based on data
• Support cross-functional efforts to drive innovation
• Partner with banking operations teams and external partners to drive critical submissions to completion
• Participate in business reviews using data-driven strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of Global Enterprise Account Management experience in the payments industry
• Proven experience growing and scaling strategic or enterprise accounts
• Proven track record of managing global customers with multi-region stakeholders
• Proven track record of cross-selling and upselling
• Familiarity with fintech, banking, or payments
• Card Issuing and Processing experience
• Technical aptitude to explain complex technical concepts
• Strong communication and presentation skills
