Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for brand managers, maintaining and nurturing trusted relationships
• Translate client objectives and target audiences into clear creative briefs
• Lead the delivery of integrated campaigns across social, digital, experiential, influencer, and production
• Partner with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Talent teams throughout project development
• Own project budgets from estimation through reconciliation and monitor profitability
• Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and timing plans
• Mentor and develop Account Executives and Account Managers
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience within a creative, social, integrated, or communications agency
• Proven experience managing complex client relationships and integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasting
• Excellent project management, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading global or regional brand accounts
• Familiarity with creator marketing, talent partnerships, and social-first content production
• Experience managing high-value production budgets and multiple agency partners
• Passion for culture, luxury, fashion, entertainment, and lifestyle brands
