Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for an assigned book of business, building strong relationships with clients and carriers
• Implement new client launches, including managing carrier involvement, communication campaigns, and project timelines
• Execute routine service tasks, including service schedules, participation reporting, and conducting client surveys
• Meet with clients independently or alongside Account Executives and Unit Leaders
• Conduct marketing efforts and develop prospective client proposals as assigned
• Review and explain critical documents such as employee booklets, carrier contracts, and new benefit offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically within employee benefits
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
• Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Working knowledge of financial arrangements and available client products
