Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the servicing of a designated book of business, including marketing, claims, and administration
• Provide strategic planning and consultative advice to clients regarding coverage plans and renewals
• Develop financial models and reports, providing interpretation and recommendations to clients and senior staff
• Analyze carrier quotes and evaluate policy terms to ensure adequate coverage for identified exposures
• Facilitate client premium financing and participate in negotiations with carriers for new and renewal quotes
• Research industry trends and government regulations to provide expert guidance
• Mentor and train junior-level staff members
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other industry vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in client services
• Proven experience within the brokerage industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet strict deadlines
