About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support wholesale distribution targets in the Central U.S. (Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas)
  • Identify, recruit, and develop the LG Pro Dealer program
  • Build and maintain key relationships with distributor personnel, contractors, and industry associations
  • Conduct training for contractors, distributors, and various trade personnel
  • Execute sales plans through KPIs related to contractor development and distributor support
  • Monitor pipeline trends, provide regular reporting, and implement corrective actions
  • Manage channel and LG inventory levels to optimize performance
  • Provide actionable competitor intelligence and market insights to the team
  • Represent LG at industry events to deepen existing relationships and build new ones

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of results
  • Experience leading and managing distributor territory managers
  • Familiarity with the HVAC industry, preferably with residential/light commercial Inverter Heat Pump units
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to travel 60-70% within the assigned territory
