About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of revenue targets through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion
  • Proactively engage existing customers to uncover growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans and business reviews
  • Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to drive expansion strategies
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately forecast revenue
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to maximize retention
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline and track account activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role within technology or SaaS
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong commercial mindset focused on revenue growth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
