About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary liaison for a portfolio of high-value, complex key accounts
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Proactively manage contract renewals and ensure high retention rates
  • Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for product enhancements
  • Lead regular executive business reviews (EBRs) and provide performance reporting
  • Partner with Sales Engineers, Product Management, and Support for successful onboarding and escalation resolution
  • Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative sales
  • Experience in SaaS, MSP, or IT services environments
  • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar portfolios
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage senior-level executives and IT decision-makers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience building and executing strategic account plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in IT management software or cybersecurity solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and data analytics platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
  • MBA is a plus
