Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary intermediary between the business and its clients to ensure high levels of service.
• Manage revenue budgets and monitor job costs to ensure profitability and margin assurance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to identify and grow new business opportunities.
• Design and execute high-quality research using sophisticated quantitative tools and techniques.
• Lead and manage a team, providing coaching, training, and career development.
• Present strategic analysis and actionable recommendations to senior management of major companies.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations to ensure project success and team well-being.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Client Service within a market research environment.
• Proven knowledge of consumer, brand, and retail research (e.g., product testing, U&A, and pricing).
• Experience working with FMCG or Consumer Durables sectors.
• Proficiency in quantitative research techniques, including questionnaire and research design.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and budget oversight.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
