About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to grow the footprint within the Natural Products market
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets through consultative B2B event sales across various products and streams
- Manage the full sales cycle for key accounts, from initial strategy and presentations to negotiation and closing
- Conduct market analysis and opportunity assessments to identify new revenue growth drivers
- Maintain accurate pipeline, sales activity, and customer data within Salesforce to support forecasting
- Build strong industry credibility through attendance at trade shows and industry-related events
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and internal teams to optimize client solutions and floor placement
- Act as a mentor to support the training and development of the wider sales team
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in media and B2B event sales
- Expert understanding of campaign metrics and data analysis
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Proven ability to use a consultative selling approach based on value rather than price
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage complex client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel 10-20% as required
