Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Social Commerce & Affiliate campaigns, including timelines, creator briefs, and campaign plans
  • Execute day-to-day operations across TikTok Shop (creator, seller, live) and affiliate networks
  • Manage affiliate programme operations including creator onboarding, link/code setup, tracking, and commission structures
  • Deliver performance reporting and post-campaign analysis, converting GMV, AOV, CPA, and ROAS data into client insights
  • Manage campaigns via Waves and relevant social commerce platforms, overseeing sampling and seeding
  • Foster client relationships on the commerce workstream and assist Sales/Client Services with pitch responses
  • Manage relationships with TikTok Shop and affiliate network partners such as Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten, and Partnerize
  • Mentor and develop Senior Account Executives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an agency or brand across influencer, social commerce, affiliate, performance, or social marketing
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (creator, seller, and live shopping)
  • Proven experience running affiliate programmes or working with networks (Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten, Partnerize)
  • Experience delivering performance reporting and presenting data-driven insights to clients
  • Experience managing high volumes of creators across multiple live campaigns
  • Ability to review creator and brand agreements regarding usage and payment terms
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize across multiple projects
