Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of active clients
• Execute FX transactions including spot, forward, and hedging solutions
• Proactively manage and grow portfolio through cross-selling and up-selling
• Build and maintain long-term strategic client relationships through regular meetings
• Provide market insights and FX guidance to help clients navigate currency volatility
• Analyze clients' FX exposure and propose tailored risk management strategies
• Collaborate with Sales, Dealing, and Operations teams to maximize revenue
• Monitor market movements to identify relevant trading opportunities
• Drive client adoption and effective use of the technology platform
• Contribute to client retention and minimize churn

Requirements

• Proven experience in FX sales, dealing, or account management in financial services
• Strong knowledge of FX products and international payments
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and generate revenue
• Solid understanding of financial markets and currency risk management
• Native German speaker and fluent in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree or university degree preferred
• Based in or willing to travel to Düsseldorf
