HqO is connecting real estate to the people with an asset agnostic, cross-property suite of powerful applications and services that foster best-in-class, dynamic end-user experiences. HqO’s REX (Real Estate Experience) Platform assesses the health and performance of a person’s experience within a physical space while providing the necessary tools for operators to manage and optimize it.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full renewal cycle for strategic accounts to ensure timely execution and strong retention
  • Identify and advance targeted upsell opportunities aligned to customer needs
  • Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key senior stakeholders
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase adoption, ROI, and success metrics
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing on account plans
  • Maintain accurate renewal and upsell forecasting in HubSpot
  • Partner with Finance and Legal on contract negotiation and pricing
  • Cultivate customer advocates for testimonials and case studies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management, customer success, or relationship management experience
  • Experience in SaaS, PropTech, or commercial real estate preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention, renewal, and upsell targets
  • Success building relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation, commercial planning, and contract management skills
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRMs
  • Excellent executive-level presentation and communication abilities
