Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive owner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic, high-value enterprise accounts
• Develop and execute multi-year, executive-level strategic account plans
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer teams
• Own pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment for high-value enterprise accounts
• Maintain disciplined forecasting and account plans within Salesforce
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders on key business issues and trends
• Synthesize insights from enterprise engagements to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of enterprise account management experience
• Proven track record of closing and expanding multi-million-dollar enterprise software deals
• Experience in long sales-cycle environments (6+ months) with executive-level buying committees
• Experience leading and growing large Fortune-class enterprise accounts
• Ability to travel 30-40% to maintain executive relationships
• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance and/or InsurTech strongly preferred
