Senior Account Manager - Grocery

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic Grocery or Retail partners, bridging the gap between partner needs and internal teams.
• Drive business growth through proactive reporting, quarterly business reviews, and identifying performance levers.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Optimize partner Customer Value Propositions (CVP) by managing selection, pricing, and service levels.
• Own the execution of new site roll-outs and map coverage gaps to ensure successful footprint expansion.
• Represent Deliveroo across partner organizations while advocating for necessary internal support to hit joint targets.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in account management or commercial roles.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to analyze data to provide actionable growth recommendations.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate across all levels of an organization.
• Strategic agility to create joint business growth plans and trial new ideas at a rapid pace.
• Collaborative mindset suited for a dynamic, high-growth environment.
