Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers and associates and scale the team based on agency needs
• Communicate with clients regarding all high-level requests and updates
• Develop platform strategies tailored to unique client needs
• Review content before it is shared with clients
• Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies
• Oversee reporting efforts using analytics and sentiment analysis to optimize content
• Assist in new business efforts including kick-off calls and custom proposals
• Assist in the development of innovative content and activations
• Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations for clients

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of agency experience
• Proven experience in social media management
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and X
• 1+ years of management experience
• 3+ years of client-facing communication experience
• Hands-on experience in content creation
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills
• Experience pulling and analyzing social media platform metrics
