About the role
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and grow relationships with key client executives and stakeholders
- Monitor account health and identify ways to improve client experience
- Identify, develop, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Manage client financial health and ensure consistent payment schedules
- Lead client onboarding and create standard operating procedures
- Work with global counterparts in Asia, North America, and Latin America
- Monitor client metrics and address escalations with Global Operations teams
- Prepare and present quarterly strategy reviews and client touch points
- Drive product adoption and refine client success criteria
- Use Salesforce to monitor the health of the book of business
- Mentor and coach fellow Account Managers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, sales, or account management
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain preferred
- Fluency in Flemish (or Dutch), French, and English
- Proven track record of cross-selling products
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Client-centric mindset with a consultative approach
