About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and sign new industrial clients in Belgium and France
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to asset onboarding
  • Represent Flexcity at industry events, conferences, and workshops
  • Build long-term relationships with strategic clients and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Maintain client proximity through regular touchpoints and on-site visits
  • Manage a reliable pipeline in the CRM and share client feedback with internal teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial, energy, utilities, or infrastructure environments
  • Proven experience in complex B2B sales
  • Ability to understand technical challenges and translate them into business value
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Fluency in French or Dutch and English
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
