About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and sign new industrial clients in Belgium and France
- Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to asset onboarding
- Represent Flexcity at industry events, conferences, and workshops
- Build long-term relationships with strategic clients and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
- Maintain client proximity through regular touchpoints and on-site visits
- Manage a reliable pipeline in the CRM and share client feedback with internal teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial, energy, utilities, or infrastructure environments
- Proven experience in complex B2B sales
- Ability to understand technical challenges and translate them into business value
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales cycles
- Fluency in French or Dutch and English
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
