About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive portfolio growth and expansion for healthcare partners including health plans and hospital systems
- Lead the implementation of new partner programs and service line launches
- Coordinate cross-functional integration with Product, Supply Chain, and Nutrition teams
- Resolve complex partner questions with high-touch, solution-oriented responses
- Provide ongoing account management, troubleshooting, and regular performance check-ins
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in account management
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and HIPAA
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in management consulting
- Experience in high-growth healthcare start-ups (Series B+)
- Direct experience working with health plans or clinical research organizations
