Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the tactical execution of integrated and digital marketing plans
• Manage strategic projects, including website development and reporting initiatives
• Oversee the end-to-end development of campaigns from project planning to regulatory review
• Track project budgets, manage scope, and prepare client proposals and quotations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and agency partners
• Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to agency best practices and compliance
• Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of related industry experience in advertising, pharmaceutical, or consultative roles
• Strong experience in marketing and advertising with expertise in digital and print execution
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and maintain strong client relations
• Experience with financial tracking, including estimate reviews and revenue tracking
• Ability to author project and creative briefs and activate internal teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication, marketing, biology, pharmacy, or a related scientific field
