Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with automotive OEMs, national distributors, agents, and dealer networks.
• Drive EV charger sales and bundled solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
• Develop and execute dealer-level activation strategies to increase market presence.
• Train and motivate showroom sales teams to promote EV and charging solutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities for charger upgrades, maintenance contracts, and software integration.
• Build a structured sales pipeline and ensure high conversion discipline.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in automotive OEM/distributor sales or automotive aftermarket/dealer network management.
• Proven track record in multi-stakeholder account management.
• Ability to influence non-direct sales teams, such as showroom staff.
• Strong commercial acumen regarding pricing, margins, and deal structuring.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
• Strong field orientation and willingness to engage with clients outside of a traditional office environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a disciplined approach to business development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the electric vehicle (EV), mobility, or closely related industries.
