Responsibilities
- Manage a merchant portfolio and deliver year-on-year growth through cross-selling and up-selling
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Monitor, measure, and propose growth strategies to improve merchant business
- Negotiate commercial terms with merchants
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure an amazing experience
- Work closely with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Conduct frequent performance reviews with merchants to identify improvement areas
- Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and opportunities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account management or business development
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, OTA, Gaming, or similar verticals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Self-manageable and autonomous work style
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Overseas living and study experience
- Knowledge of the payments industry
