Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a merchant portfolio and deliver year-on-year growth through cross-selling and up-selling
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Monitor, measure, and propose growth strategies to improve merchant business
• Negotiate commercial terms with merchants
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure an amazing experience
• Work closely with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction
• Conduct frequent performance reviews with merchants to identify improvement areas
• Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and opportunities

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in account management or business development
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, OTA, Gaming, or similar verticals
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Self-manageable and autonomous work style

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Overseas living and study experience
• Knowledge of the payments industry
