Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and measurable results
• Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, industries, and goals
• Lead strategic planning sessions and business reviews
• Proactively identify new growth opportunities for clients
• Lead integrated marketing initiatives from strategy through execution
• Evaluate performance and recommend optimizations to improve ROI
• Collaborate with creative, digital, strategy, and technical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 6–10 years of account management experience within a marketing agency
• Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing programs
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and marketing analytics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms
