About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for designated BFSI accounts, building relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with annual targets and CNS solution portfolio
- Identify and drive new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract closure
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and finance teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Monitor account health and report on performance, pipeline, and risks
- Maintain accurate data in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Computer Science
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management or sales within the UAE
- Significant exposure to BFSI clients (banks, insurance, fintech) and technology solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud, security, and outsourcing solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
