Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term strategic roadmap for a portfolio of enterprise merchants to drive revenue growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, providing expert payment consulting and leading impactful QBRs.
• Lead complex contract negotiations, renewals, and strategic deals by crafting innovative commercial models.
• Utilize data-driven insights to provide merchants with meaningful, metric-driven performance analysis.
• Serve as the "Voice of the Merchant" internally, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Mentor junior account managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, or a commercially focused role within the FinTech or Payments industry.
• Proven strategic problem-solving skills and excellent project management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of major e-commerce and payments technologies, key industry players, and emerging trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
