Senior Account Manager - Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of business intelligence projects, from architecture and solution design to testing and deployment.
• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BI tools and technologies during client engagements.
• Define best practices for the design and development of data layers used for reporting.
• Collaborate with database administrators, developers, and data stewards to ensure accurate collection and analysis of reporting requirements.
• Develop complex worksheets, dashboards, and ad-hoc data sets to facilitate effective data storytelling for end users.
• Create custom tables, views, and data models across various database environments including SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift.
• Interface directly with end users to gather requirements and communicate technical solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in BI solution architecture and solution design.
• Strong expertise in data modeling and dashboard development.
• Deep understanding of database management concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
