Responsibilities

• Lead clients with strategic approaches while managing project requests and expectations
• Manage direct reports and ensure the client team is effectively servicing accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and media owners
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the OOH media landscape
• Deliver accurate client forecasts and monitor business plans
• Negotiate pricing and book campaigns
• Resolve client and campaign issues as they arise
• Mentor colleagues and participate in internal training sessions
• Work with the Media Lead to set and meet individual client KPIs

Requirements

• UK OOH planning or Comms planning experience
• Experience working on clients with significant OOH spend
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate people
• Commercial mindset and negotiation skills
• Ability to learn new international markets and work with local teams
• Proven ability to resolve challenging client and team issues
