Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and close for existing Enterprise customers
- Develop and implement account plans aligned with customer objectives and growth strategies
- Drive value-based selling using MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies
- Use data and insights to influence customer strategy and demonstrate business impact
- Build strong relationships with decision makers across marketing, product, analytics, and leadership teams
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and retention risks within your book of business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing
- Maintain accurate forecasts and monitor KPIs to minimize churn
Requirements
- 5-8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in B2B SaaS sales with Korean companies
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong understanding of MarTech and AdTech ecosystems (mobile analytics, attribution, marketing automation)
- Analytical skills with the ability to craft data-driven narratives
- Proficiency in leveraging AI and modern sales tools for productivity
- Native Korean and business-level English communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms
