Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities
• Contribute to new business development activities within the account team
• Serve as the central point of contact for day-to-day client interaction
• Manage multiple pharmaceutical manufacturer clients
• Proactively manage client relationships and provide strategic recommendations
• Lead and facilitate client status meetings and follow up on deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor scope, change, and delivery
• Prepare statements of work (SOW) for new business or projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative tactics

Requirements

• Experience in an account management role, preferably in managed care pharmacy or pharmaceuticals
• Understanding of PBM and health plan payer landscape for managed care pharmacy
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in marketing, business, or science/medicine
