Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in managing client accounts, coordinating projects, and maintaining timelines
• Assist in developing integrated marketing and advertising plans based on client objectives and budgets
• Lead account administration, including drafting meeting summaries, weekly status reports, and other client documentation
• Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service to resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to implement campaigns
• Coordinate and traffic creative resources to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines
• Conduct research and gather data to support client presentations, proposals, and reports
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports providing insights for optimization
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, agreements, and project details
• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising or an equivalent field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or client servicing with increasing levels of responsibility
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
