About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing mid-market advertisers and agency teams to drive sustained spend growth.
  • Diagnose client business objectives and translate them into programmatic strategies tied to performance and efficiency.
  • Build and execute strategic account growth plans to identify expansion levers and scale partnerships.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning platform solutions to client goals.
  • Lead executive business reviews (QBRs) with strong narratives and clear strategic recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Services, Trading, and Solutions teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain rigorous forecasting and pipeline management within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 4-8+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, programmatic, or a consultative commercial role.
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts and driving expansion revenue.
  • Experience selling to or working through agencies and brand marketing teams.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-makers and simplify complex topics.
  • High level of operating discipline regarding forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with in-office expectations in New York City (Tuesday–Thursday).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with programmatic platforms (DSP, measurement, identity, CTV, or retail media).
  • Ability to develop multi-quarter growth plans and drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups.
  • Analytical fluency to connect performance data to business narratives.
