About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the KSA market expansion by identifying and securing strategic opportunities with commercial banks, fintechs, and lending institutions.
- Nurture executive alliances and maintain high-impact relationships with C-level stakeholders within the local financial ecosystem.
- Lead end-to-end complex commercial cycles, including deal negotiations and the structuring of B2B agreements.
- Ensure all partnerships comply with local KSA regulatory frameworks in collaboration with internal compliance teams.
- Represent the brand at major regional fintech events and conferences to drive thought leadership.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to refine the regional go-to-market and product integration roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales or consultative experience, specifically driving revenue in SaaS, fintech, or banking.
- An active local network with established relationships among key decision-makers in the Saudi Arabian banking and fintech sectors.
- Native or professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles and high-stakes negotiations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience selling software to Credit, Risk, Collections, or Operations departments within financial institutions.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment (post-Seed or Series A).
- An MBA or advanced business degree.
