Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sales efforts across enterprise accounts in Australia, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business
• Drive complex, enterprise-wide sales cycles and present value propositions to C-level business and IT stakeholders
• Develop effective business impact models, account plans, and win plans, including ROI and TCO models
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to evaluation and closing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Professional Services
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools
• Utilize MEDDPICC methodology to ensure effective execution of all sales cycle stages

Requirements

• Extensive experience in quota-carrying software sales targeting large enterprise clients
• Proven track record of consistent over-quota performance and successful senior-level stakeholder engagement
• Deep expertise in driving complex enterprise sales cycles within the BI, AI, Data Analytics, CRM, or Cloud sectors
• Proficiency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler
• Strong understanding of Return on Investment (ROI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• Degree educated or equivalent professional work experience
