About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by selling Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses
- Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals
- Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance brand positioning
- Deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate deep product knowledge
- Manage a defined territory with a comprehensive business plan and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
- Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
- Proven experience in territory development and lead generation
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to manage a high-activity sales cycle
- Knowledge of advanced communications solutions
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
