Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage robust relationships with high-value strategic clients.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of client accounts, from onboarding through maintenance and renewal.
• Evaluate and manage risks associated with client accounts using advanced mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with brokers to review new business strategies, including proposals and presentations.
• Review market submissions, prepare cover letters for agents, and ensure the accuracy of received policies.
• Resolve complex client issues and collaborate with internal teams to find innovative solutions.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal compliance policies.
• Mentor and train account executives on account management, brokerage systems, and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Brokerage or Insurance industry.
• Bachelor's degree is required (Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management preferred).
• Must hold required state P&C and/or surplus line licenses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
