Senior Account Executive

About the Company

Founded in 2023, RunSybil is on a mission to automate hacker intuition. We’re building Sybil: an AI-driven pentester that discovers vulnerabilities before they’re exploited. Our team is composed of experts from OpenAI, Meta, Mandiant, Palantir, Cruise, Trail of Bits, and Aptiv.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to close on technology accounts, including renewals and expansion
• Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, your network, and channel partners
• Run discovery with CISOs, CTOs, and security practitioners, partnering with sales engineers on demos
• Lead consultative, opinionated conversations with technical buyers
• Partner directly with founders and GTM leadership on deal strategy and positioning
• Build playbooks, processes, and partner relationships to scale the sales motion
• Provide field feedback to product and GTM teams to align shipping with buyer needs

Requirements

• Track record selling software into technical buyers at high-growth technology companies (security, infrastructure, or developer tools preferred)
• Technical fluency to engage with CISOs, CTOs, and engineers
• Consultative and adaptive sales style
• Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch
• Experience closing $100K+ deals in complex, multi-threaded environments
• Experience selling through channel partners and resellers
• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage startup environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the cybersecurity or developer tooling industry
