Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Attend multiple in-person networking events every week to build relationships and engage with the startup community
• Identify and target high-growth startups in the San Francisco area for Rho’s cash management platform
• Win new business in competitive sales against industry incumbents and newer players
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Construct, forecast, and manage sales pipeline to meet company goals
• Deliver comprehensive product demos and answer technical inquiries
• Coordinate with customer success and implementation teams to maintain high service levels

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a closing sales role
• 1+ years of experience managing a book of business and carrying a quota
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
• Ability to attend frequent in-person networking events in San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS or financial services products
• Experience working directly with startups
• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and venture accelerators
