Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO of your book of business, taking ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and operational rigor
• Generate advertising revenue from assigned clients via ad agencies and direct advertisers
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Own client meetings from agenda setting to final presentation
• Act as the primary point of contact for platform updates, releases, and expansion opportunities
• Provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice to grow client relationships
• Enable and onboard new to Reddit clients in collaboration with Acquisition Client Partners
• Implement and optimize campaigns to meet advertising objectives
• Pull and analyze data to compile actionable insights for clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in online media sales
• Strong understanding of the media landscape across the DACH region
• Client-facing experience in advertising sales, account management, or paid social
• Experience monitoring marketing campaign performance and making strategic optimizations
• Proficiency in pulling and analyzing data for actionable insights
• Fluency in English and German
• Solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
• Experience with Excel/Gsheets and digital measurement/tracking fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners
