Responsibilities
- Build and close a pipeline of 5–6 figure deals
- Drive outbound prospecting with SDRs and Marketing through targeted outreach campaigns
- Lead discovery, demos, pilots, and negotiation to own the full sales cycle
- Translate AI capabilities into clear ROI stories for billing teams and executives
- Partner with Product to influence roadmaps based on customer feedback
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, SaaS, or AI
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to build own pipeline and work autonomously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI, automation, or voice tech
- Familiarity with EHRs, medical billing systems, or prior authorization workflows
- Existing networks within medical billing/RCM companies or hospital billing departments
- Background in fast-growing startups
