Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for Perk Spend from outbound prospecting through commercial negotiation and close
  • Build net-new pipeline through strategic outbound activity targeting mid-market and enterprise leaders
  • Run consultative, insight-led discovery to understand complex spend workflows
  • Navigate multi-threaded deals involving CFOs, Controllers, IT, and Procurement
  • Develop and deliver tailored business cases and ROI narratives for financial decision-makers
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure platform value
  • Contribute to the go-to-market playbook as an early Spend hire
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling Spend Management, expense management, AP automation, procurement, or ERP solutions
  • Proven hunter mentality with experience building pipeline in new markets
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Deep understanding of financial workflows, spend controls, and reconciliation
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven pipeline management
  • Eligibility to work in the USA and willingness to be based in or relocate to Boston

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the spend management or corporate card space
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations like NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience in a tiger team, market launch, or early GTM hire role
  • Knowledge of the intersection between travel and spend workflows
