Senior Account Executive, Paid Social

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat
• Building, launching and maintaining high-quality campaigns aligned with best practices
• Taking ownership of a portfolio of client accounts
• Monitoring campaign performance and implementing optimisations to improve results against KPIs
• Testing new audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and bidding strategies
• Identifying opportunities to expand activity and support client growth
• Working closely with clients to deliver strategic guidance and updates
• Collaborating with internal creative and strategy teams
• Supporting junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Supporting new business pitches and client onboarding

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns on major social platforms
• Strong understanding of Paid Social metrics and optimisation techniques
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and curious mindset
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
