Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for institutional and enterprise accounts, from prospecting through close
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts and strategic prospecting
• Lead executive-level conversations with property owners and decision makers
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and contribute directly to company growth
• Step in on high-value inbound opportunities to ensure Ownwell maximizes every lead
• Share expertise and provide light coaching to junior sales reps
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and client success

Requirements

• 5+ years of Real Estate or Financial Service-related sales experience
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals
• Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline building skills
• Confidence in leading executive-level presentations and negotiations
• Relentless drive for results and comfort with ambitious targets
