Responsibilities
- Contribute ideas towards viral campaign moments and bring them to life
- Craft creative pitch angles to position clients uniquely from competitors
- Write pitches, fact sheets, media briefs, and press releases
- Establish and maintain relationships with consumer media across print, digital, podcasts, and broadcast
- Develop strategies for social media channel placements
- Mentor junior team members
- Manage up to senior leaders with growth recommendations
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant agency or startup experience
- Proven track record of securing top-tier press placements
- Strong writing skills for pitches and copy
- Experience leading client calls and providing strategic counsel
- Strong media relationships with journalists
- High attention to detail and error-free work
