Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day contact for Beauty brands, providing excellent client service and supporting the onsite U-Studio team
• Collaborate with the wider account team, digital designers, and Studio manager
• Manage briefs and work with clients to ensure the team has all required information to begin projects
• Manage operational income, timely billing, and report revenue to the Group Account Director
• Work with the studio to manage timing plans

Requirements

• 2 years of work experience
• 1 year of relevant experience working with a digital agency on personal skincare brands
• Proven track record of managing global clients and campaigns
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage account finances and invoicing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Passion for and inquisitiveness regarding AI and new technologies
