Responsibilities

• Serve as a key day-to-day contact for clients, leading meetings and presentations
• Develop a thorough understanding of client brands, competitive markets, and clinical data
• Devise project plans and timelines to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines
• Produce accurate copy for status reports, presentations, and social media posts
• Assist with commercial aspects including budget development, sourcing quotes, and invoicing
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and planning teams and manage external suppliers

Requirements

• Experience within a healthcare advertising or medical communications agency
• Strong understanding of the highly regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Exceptional time management skills for managing multiple projects
• Proactive problem-solving and collaborative mindset
• Passion for global health and pharmaceutical communications
