Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key retail partners for private label programs
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product development
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to develop innovative private label products
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management
- Negotiate terms and contracts with retail partners to maximize profitability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management in private label or branded apparel
- Wholesale apparel experience is required
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Proven success in achieving sales goals and expanding client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends
- Strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
