About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process from start to finish
- Generate opportunities by utilizing a variety of sales techniques
- Utilize a solution-focused approach to selling and create value for clients
- Maintain and build rapport with key decision-makers
- Drive revenue and new business to develop a robust pipeline and strong book of business
- Build, maintain, and document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM software
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
- Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member
Requirements
- Minimum two years of relevant IT sales experience
- Must be based in the Los Angeles, CA area
- Ability to travel within the surrounding area for in-person client meetings weekly
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify client needs
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Field-based sales experience at a VAR
- Experience selling top IT infrastructure and/or security providers
