About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi Telco market to achieve sales targets.
  • Articulate how AI, data, and SaaS solutions address specific Telco pain points and strategic outcomes.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including preparing tenders, proposals, and conducting high-level negotiations.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers, product, and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including forecasts, pipeline status, and activity reports.
  • Drive long-term customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and up-sell opportunities.
  • Represent Mozn at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of sales experience specifically within the Telco sector.
  • Proven experience selling AI, Data analytics, or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong existing professional network within the Saudi Telco sector.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and value-driven sales environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
